đź’µ How Our $25.00 Rebates Work
We love rewarding our clients! Whether you're working directly with Bryan or referring a friend or family member, you could qualify for a $25.00 cash rebate once the process is complete.
There are two ways to earn a rebate:
âś… Client Rebate: For Those Leasing with Our Help
Step 1: Request Your Apartment List
Fill out the quick form on our homepage to request your free apartment list. We’ll match you with places you’re likely to get approved based on your needs and rental history.
Already found an apartment from one of our ads? Just list the name on the form so we know what you’re interested in.
Step 2: Follow the 3 Rebate Policies Below
To remain eligible for our free service and cash rebate, please follow all three policies exactly:
🔹 Policy 1: Apartment Selection & Approval Notification

After reviewing your list, please email your top 5 apartment choices.

Once approved, text or call (972) 748-3705 to notify us. Apartments don’t notify us directly.

Having trouble viewing your list? Use a computer or tablet for the best experience.
🔹 Policy 2: Referral Credit Requirement

List Bryan Williams @ Spirit Real Estate as your locator on:

The guest card (when you tour or inquire)

The apartment application

Take a photo or screenshot showing my name listed.

Upload it at “Submit Locator Referral Proof” on the website or ask for the direct link.

❗ If I am not listed, we cannot be paid — and you won’t qualify for the rebate.
🔹 Policy 3: Move-In Confirmation

Once you’re approved and move in, go to “Submit Move-In Confirmation” or request the link.

Fill out the short form to help us verify your lease with the apartment.

Once verified, you’ll get your $25.00 rebate as a thank-you!
đź‘Ą Referral Rebate: For Referring a Friend or Family Member
Have a friend, family member, or co-worker who also needs help finding an apartment?
If you refer someone and they lease through us, you can earn a $25.00 cash rebate too!
âś… To qualify:

Let Bryan know before they move in that you referred them (via text or email).

They must list Bryan Williams @ Spirit Real Estate as their locator on:

The guest card

The apartment application

They must complete:

Their referral proof
-
Their move-in confirmation
-

They must lease at an apartment that works with locators.

After they move in and are verified, you’ll fill out the Friend/Family Referral Form to request your rebate.
